Q: What is Xplore, and what do you offer?
A: Xplor is a UK registered company offering top quality adventure sessions within the UAE educational system and expedition trips to the UK for children and young adults. All our unique educational and adventure experiences focus on personal growth, leadership and adventure!
Q: Who can attend Xplor summer camps?
A: Our expeditions and experiences cater from 6 years - 17 year olds, and 18 year olds as the instructional / leadership level who are looking for enriching, educational and adventurous activities.
Q: Where are your camps located?
A: Our experiences start from 1 day long all the way through to 4 week long expeditions internationally depending on which program you choose.
Q: How long are the summer camps?
A: Camps typically range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the program you choose.
Q: What makes Xplor different from others?
A: We offer a highly curated experience, ensuring a perfect balance of education, adventure, and personal development, with both local and international exposure in a safe and well organised environment.

Q: What if I have more than one child to enrol?
A: Great! You can book them at the same time and benefit from multiple child booking discounts!
Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: We accept online payments, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. Flexible payment plans are also available.
Q: What if I need to cancel or my child can no longer make the session / expedition?
A: Please refer to our terms and conditions for our cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Q: What kind of activities are included in the experiences, expeditions and sessions?
A: Depending on the session, expedition or experience you have booked you can find
• Adventure & Outdoor Activities of which you can find a list of these on our ‘Activities’ page, of which cover activities covering water, land, air and space.
• First response sessions in which your young person will be fully equipped to deal with first aid emergencies.
Q: Are the activities mandatory?
A: We wholly encourage the explorers to take part in all activities and all are booked to the ability of the groups, however any activities the explorers may not be comfortable in we will provide alternative options.
Q: Can my child choose specific activities?
A: Explorers will be able to take different activity routes and tracks so they are able to customise their experiences.
Q: How does Xplor ensure the safety of the young explorers?
A: We prioritise safety with:
• 24/7 supervision by trained staff.
• Secure and well-maintained facilities.
• First-aid certified instructors and emergency response teams.
• Strict adherence to child protection policies.
• Extensive risk assessments for all activities and expeditions.
Q: What happens in case of a medical emergency?
A: Our team members are all highly trained first responders, with emergency plans for each activity and expedition. Parents are informed immediately upon any health concerns.
Q: Are dietary restrictions and allergies accommodated?
A: Absolutely! We provide custom meal plans for explorers with allergies, dietary needs, or religious restrictions.
Q: How can parents stay updated during the expeditions?
A: We offer regular email updates, photo galleries, and live check-ins so parents can stay informed about their child’s experiences.
